We’re building a curated exhibitor experience that supports conscious community, ecological sustainability, active lifestlyes, nature and outdoor experiences, health and wellness, and yoga (of course!). Vendor spaces are limited and vendor applications will be accepted based on event requirements. If you wish to participate as a vendor, kindly review the information below and complete the vendor application.

Vendor Application & Payment Due Date: May 10, 2024

Required Items for Vendors:

Completed Vendor Application & Waiver All applications are subject to review and approval by the Ananda Yoga Festival.

Payment After application review, a payment link will be sent to the e-mail address you’ve provided. Payment may be submitted online with a credit/debit card or in-person with cash or money order upon request. Vendor applications are not fully approved until payment has been submitted.
- Information Booth Fee: $50
- Retail or Food Booth Fee: $75 until May 3, 2024 I $100 on and after May 3, 2024
City of Riverside Business License if you do not have a fully processed business license with the City of Riverside by the time of the event, you will not be able to participate.
Special Event Health Permit This requirement is for food vendors only.

Event Time: 9:00am - 2:00pm (Gates open at 8:30am)
Vendor Setup: 7:00am - 8:30am (Must be in by 8:00am)
Vendor Breakdown: 2:00pm -2:30pm (Must be our by 3:00pm)

What Will Be Provided To Vendors:

A 10 x 10 space reserved for your booth. Booth space will be assigned in no particular order and vendors may not choose booth space location. Electrical hookups will not be provided.

Please read this release of liability and mark the circle to indicate your understanding and acceptance.

I acknowledge that I derive personal benefit from my participation in the Ananda Yoga Festival (Event), and in consideration for the same, I release, waive, and forever discharge Tonal Temple, Community Yoga Initiative, Chelsea Cano, Cherie Robinson, Kristin Varner, and all those related to the City of Riverside and their principals, agents, employees, volunteers, representatives, and associated third parties (Released Parties) from any and all present and future liabilities, claims, and demands of whatever nature either in law or equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss, out of pocket expenses, property damage, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin, legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter arise from my participation in the Event. I agree to be personally responsible on behalf of the applicant for payment of all charges assessed for use of the specified premises and for any damages sustained by the area used, it's equipment, or grounds occurring through the occupancy or use of said grounds by the applicant. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of grounds use and I will abide by theme and all applicable provisions of the laws of the State of California.
